I have been twice. I was very pleased. Seen a lot of deer. Had a chance at a big one and blew it. Matt is a great guy and went above and beyond to make us happy. We ate like kings. He put us on deer every set. Never set and seen nothing seen deer every time. If you are wanting a guaranteed shot at a 200-inch deer you need to hunt a high fence area but if you want a Great fair Chase hunt call Matt they are awesome
